Not paying out Pension money

My father passed away 14 January 2019, and had a Pension Fund with Alexander Forbes. Its nearly two years and it hasn’t paid out. They kept asking for same documents over and over again. According to the Act dependants are to receive this money and then the actual beneficiaries. They wanted to give a non dependant a portion, which was disputed. Its been 3 weeks since the meeting was convened regarding the dispute, I was advised the decision just needed to be put in writing 3 weeks ago. We still awaiting a written response. Seems they are short of typists and my whole experience the last year was traumatic with everything they kept asking for over and over again. And we are still waiting!
