Not paying my pension because of non-member claim

Can not pay my pension after my resignation from the company and move to the new company, their reasons are the the following 1. My ex wife lawyer failed to do amendment in the court order as was rejected more than 3 times 2. The lawyer received instructions from Alexander Forbes how to do amendment but the lawyer repeatedly doing the same mistakes 3. Alexander Forbes wanted me to contact the ex wife and get her contact details so that they can get her views, and i got nothing to do with her lawyer ***********, and i can not pray her and her lawyer to do amendment as the matter been dragging since 2017

My submissions to Alexander Forbes are as follows 1. I asked them to keep only portion supposed to be paid to non-member but they refused and made it clear to me that they will not pay my pension hence the matter still pending 2. I asked them to contact the attorney on the record but refused to do so, but they responded when they reject the claim
