Not paying my money when I need it

I resigned on the 3rd of March from my previous company due to financial issues after covid, and eventually scored another job which requires me to travel every day. I have sent all the documents to alexander forbes like before. They also sent me a message acknowledging the receipt of my withdrawal application . One person I resigned with has received his money, however i facebooked, emailed and called AF to enquire this delay. No one seems to know. I have to feed my self, transportation and pay rent; but AF, in their offices thinks I can survive without food. I am so angry and stressed as to why we save money to a company that completely hibernate when you really need your money. Emails are not answered , telephones need R300 airtime and no communication at all from them. AF, pay my money. I have worked for it. My last salary was paid to you on the 25th of March. What is the problem?
