Not honoring agreement

I have been phoning and struggling with you guys for over 2 months now, why can I not get help from you? My company closed at the end of November and I am not getting my provident fund paid out. I have been told by the representatives that you can not pay out due to liquidation and other factors, which have absolutely NOTHING to do with me or with Alexander Forbes. My contract with Alexander Forbes states that if I do not have work anymore (for whatever reason), that my provident fund will pay out. The company liquidating has nothing to do with my agreement with Alexander Forbes. It is in fact, against the law to keep my provident fund from me. I have been sitting without work since end of November. I am counting on that money. I have bills to pay and my kids to feed. They want to take my car away. Why is this an issue?
