NOT HELPFUL

My Dad passed away 29 March 2014 and his pension fund is being handled by A forbes. We had a delay in sending them the documents they needed, we had alot to deal with and to process. We have given them the documents a month ago but no one is advising or telling us where we stand, when I call the call centre to ask how far is our claim they tell his that there are some outstanding documents pending on their side but I have given the documents to this Evelyn Lady and we went through them before I left the A forbes building and she said everything is in order and she will let me know if she needs anything or what is happening. They needed proof that my Mother already got her share when my Dad and her got divorced we went the extra mile and had to wait upon the Bank to give us a statement of that pay out which was in 2009. A Forbes is such a huge comany but they have no record of the pay out, how is that possible and that is holding up the procedure because they can't find their achived documentation when my Mother received her money in 2009 my Dad signed for my Mother to get that money so what kind of a comany does not have any record of that. I need your assistance please
