NOT Happy

Alexander Forbes is the worst in submitting feedback. I have been back and forth, spent how much money on airtime and numerous emails just to get automated responses for 6 weeks now. Claim forms I have submitted more than once and even went to the office in Port Elizabeth and the lady assured me that my claim would be paid out in due time. Due time has passed and I contacted them today again and was told I was given the wrong information..... WTH?????. Good gracious this is unacceptable!
