Not even a formal complaint could speed up the poor services received from Alexander Forbes

After writing my initial review in September regarding the poor service i received from Alexander Forbes, my Mother still has not received her funds. a complaints consultant:lebogang Kgasi contacted me after i wrote my complaint, but i can honestly say that i did all the work for her. i phoned this morning again following up on when the payment will be done but they could not give me an answer. the consultant i spoke to reminded me that they only received my Mothers fund last year December and i had to remind her that it is almost December again.

i honestly know what and who to contact anymore because not even a formal complaint against Alexander Forbes could speed up the process.
