Not all my money received
<p><br />I want to know why Ms Z Stuurman got 50% of my mother's money.</p> <p>My mother clearly stated that she should get 25 % and me 75%, according to the parktown netcare hospital HR, where she worked. You hid this information from me the whole year when u I asked u about it u went on about the letter executorship and they come back to me and I find out u cheated out of my mother's hard earned money. Which z stuurman **** about staying at her house and taking care of her. And I the one who paid for the whole funeral, yes every cent.</p> <p>So can someone explain how I get 50% of mother's hard earned money instead of 100%? Please accept my apology for you having not received a reply to your email of 3 weeks ago.
The distribution of death benefits is subject to a review process by the Netcare Retirement Funds Death Benefits Committee who act in terms of Section 37C of the Pension Funds Act. This section of the Pension Funds Act places a responsibility on the committee to consider and review all possible financial and / or factual dependency of anyone on the deceased. The committee followed this procedure and distributed the funds in line with dependency and taking into consideration the expression of wish of your late mother.
Should you feel the decision was incorrectly considered and the distribution incorrect in terms of this process you are welcome to refer the matter to the Pension Funds Adjudicator who will review the case and make a ruling. I have included their contact details below for your ease of reference.
