Nonsense service, poor trained consultants and managers

Nonsense company, they are quick to take people's money but when they have to pay out they make excuses, they said their turnaround times is between 4 to 6 weeks but do not honor it, I was told that my claim could not be processed because one person is on leave, such a huge organization? One individual makes everything come to a standstill... Nonsense I do not recommend it
