Nonexistent Alexander Forbes service
Tracing agents contacted me regarding surplus funds - completed forms and submitted - AF sent me an email CONFIRMING receipt on 4 November - received an email today requesting me to resubmit - is this whole surplus payout a hoax? are they holding on to the money? i’m so incredibly sorry that i have a preservation fund with them - their service is NONEXISTENT.
