None payment!

On the 11th of September i was informed by Alexander Forbes that my payment would be made with 10 to 14 working days. It is now the 5th of October and i still haven't received any payment. I have called the content center a couple of times and been giving different stories by different call center consultants!! When will this payment be made? I cannot keep calling the contact center daily and be given the run around. How do i escalate this issue
