Non-Service

For over a year now there is an amount (unknown) that was owed to my husband Harold Rossi-Zalmons. Emails have been going back and forth must be 20 emails at least. Finally on 27 June an email was received to say these funds would be paid within the next week or two. Nothing has been received and I have sent three emails asking to which bank account these funds have been paid into. No-one even bothers to answer the emails. WHY DO WE HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS INEFFICIENCY AND ACTUALLY IT IS DOWNRIGHT BAD MANNERS TO NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO RESPOND.
