NON PAYMENT OF PROVIDENT

I am so incredibly angry with Alexander Forbes! I have been waiting long after the turnaround time for them to pay out y provident fund and I have even gone as far as going into the branch. Each time they assured me that the money would be paid to me by the end of last week and nothing has been paid! I dont know who to speak to anymore and even when I do speak to someone, they lie to me about when it will be paid!

I was considering investing with Alexander Forbes but this has changed my mind completely! Please someone get back to me about this outrage!

I have JUST called the branch again and yet again, nobody was able to assist me! I was told that I need to call back at 12:00 and ask to speak to an administrator because from what the consultant could see, all was in order and the money should have been paid to me. PLEASE get back to me urgently.

I apologise for the rant, I was frustrated in not getting any answers but you have been absolutely amazing in sorting this all out promptly! I would definitely recommend Alexander Forbes for their amazing customer service!
