Non payment of pension funds

I have retired at the end of September 2019. Up till now Alexander Forbes has not paid out my pension fund conttibution. During September I was sent forms which I filled in and sent through to them. This is absolutely the worst service and I wouldnt recommend anyone to invest with them. I suspect that they do not have the funds to pay out anyones pension savings.
