Non Payment and Deceiving agent

Yesterday i had a call with one of your agents who said that yesterday (2022-03-17) who told me that I was due to receive my money yesterday still,this after the 14 days I was told that the money should be paid in.

Doing a follow up today I found out that the money was not even scheduled for a payment meaning that the Agent I spoke with blatantly **** straight to my face and did not even keep track of the conversation for the agent who assisted me today.

All I require is that I be paid my money today as was promised
