non existent service, cannot get through!!!

I decided to not just write a horrible review but to provide you with actual feedback from someone who is trying to contact your company.

If you try get in contact with Alexander Forbes there are only a few options, I tried email (months later and still no response) and calling AF is just met by a really long waiting period. When I finally got through to someone (30min later) I was told they were sending me the documents I needed. Guess what, no such documents were emailed. Now guess whats next, another really long call!!!

Try Alexander Forbes "call back" service, its really great. You get to complete a lengthy form considering its just a "call back" only to never receive this call.

I can honestly say I am ecstatic I am no longer a client of yours and I will make sure I am never a client again!!!
