NO WITHDRAWAL PAYOUT - THREE MONTHS LATER BUT PROMISE TO PAY OUT WITHIN FOUR WEEKS

In December I received an sms from Forbes notifying me that my documents were received and payment will be made within four weeks if all was in order. After a month I received another sms informing me the bankverification fail, upon follow up I was advised to go update the details at the bank(Still used my ****en surname for my account) I did that and sent all the documents to Forbes and made a followup call to check that all was in order, after two weeks of sending the documents. only to be asked to send a copy of my ID, I am complaining as I feel that this should have been communicated to me via the email channel they ask us to use when sending documents, it seems no one attends to those emails until you make a follow up call to them. What more then for people who need the withdrawals but do not have access to airtime to even make those follows ups with Forbes? I was even promised by the call center urgent that my withdrawal will be submitted as an urgent payment soon as I send the ID copy, but I had to first call make confirm that it was received, which I did..... really Alexander Forbes Financial Services I am disappointed in your services to the people.
