No submission to sars

This is my second complaint on hellow peter. First u guys hoarded my money and took 4 months to pay me out.. now when i think i finally have no dealings with af, im proved wrong. I have been back and forth between Af and sars. After numerous calls to Af i was informed that my info has been sent to sars.. call sars after a week and nothing has been sent.. and after reading the many complaints against Af for the same issues as mine its clear that Af employees sit and do nothing the entire day but just read notes from the system but dont check if the actual work is done. Its a very simple task, can Af do the reconsiliation of the tax directive for me to sars!
