No service provided

No service provided to submit the correct four tax directives to SARS - incorrect information about the transfer of pension and provident funds is with SARS and only AF can fix it. There is however no action being taken, just emails and requests and passing the buck. Cannot submit my personal tax return due to the lack of service. How do companies trust you with their masses of employees pension and provident money??
