No service from these guys

So here is my experience with them. Use it or dont, but i'm quite shocked to be honest. I left my company to join a new on in December 2017. I had to fill in some forms for my provident fund to be transferred from my old Company's fund to my new company, who uses Alexander Forbes. I received prrof of payment confirmation on the 9th of April 2018 from my old fund that the money has been transferred. I logged onto AF website to check, only to see that the funds do not show in my AF account. I called their help desk for assistance, and was told that they would get back to me. I called again last week and today, only to find out that absolutely NOTHING has been done in 3 weeks. The only thing they could do was "escalate the matter", and this from a manager "Veronica". Shocking service from a big company!!! But if i look at all the other complaints on here, that's seems to be about par for the course for AF.
