No service

I have been unemployed since May 2020 and have been struggling to get my funds to pay out. I have been in communication with Alexander Forbes since the first of July 2020. The utter lack of communication from Alexander Forbes has left me frustrated. There are problems with forms or documents and no correspondence gets sent it is just left. I need to phone and follow up on the progress. I have spent several calls and many minutes on hold just to be told now we need these docs, no this docs was filled in incorrectly. How is it my duty to follow up on your work? How do employees just leave things hanging in the air without communicating to the client? After I was told initially that it would take a week to get the funds paid out it has been over two months. I am unemployed have no funds available and I need to spend money on airtime to phone. I am frustrated and would not recommend the company to anyone simply due to the utter lack of service.
