NO SERVICE / COMMS from Alexander Forbes.

I have changed jobs and assistance with my Provident Fund at Alexander Forbs. Tried now for 2 weeks to get hold of them. When you phone the tele number you get put through to departments where nobody answers the calls (Even after 35min!! of holding). Sent 3 contact request via Alexander Forbs website for them to contact me the last 2 weeks. I'm still waiting! You are coming across highly unprofessional and it almost seem as if its a deliberate strategy? Play for time
