No service being provided

I am still awaiting any service from AF since Dec 2020. My last day at my previous employer was 31 January 2021, I completed and submitted all forms to transfer my funds to new retirement funds. There is a lack of communication, no service being provided, no care in the world for losses incurred. Please do better.
