No service at all

In April 2017 Alexander Forbes sent a letter to my late mother's address, sympathising on her passing and asking us to contact them to find out if there are any benefits due to the beneficiaries of the estate. I contacted them, and after three follow up calls, was asked in July to send the Executor's details and estate bank details. I did that and had no response. I followed up in October and was promised feedback, which I did not receive. In November I received a survey to complete and conveyed my dissatisfaction. I was contacted by a Lebogang, had to send all the documents again and was then promised that everything was sent to the auditors and would be finalised in the new year. I since followed up with them four times without any feedback from them. I call and send e-mails and no one bothers to give an update or answer. My own pension fund is also administered by AF and I shudder to think of the struggles in future.
