No service and no processes that work

Alexander Forbes failed to update my e-mail address and failed to send me statements on my funds administered by them. I am unable to obtain a statement on the retirement funds they administer on my behalf. I have been requesting assistance for over 2 months with little to no progress. I have lodged enquiries and tried to escalate and lodge complaints re the poor service and none of the processes at Alexander Forbes works! There is no complaints/escalation process so nothing gets done and nothing can be done about it!
