No service
I have been trying to withdraw my preservation fund for a week. No one will even get back to me on what the process is. I have emailed 5 times, called twice and held on for over 15 minutes to no avail. Their service is severely lacking when you would like you money back.

It’s very disappointing that you said you would investigate this but there has been no attempt to contact me. I have sent in all the withdrawal documents over a week ago and no one will confirm receipt of my documents or tell me when my withdrawal will be paid out. I have emailed every day and called since the 31st of October and no one will reply to me. Please can you tell me when my withdrawal will be paid out?
