NO SENSE OF URGENCY DIVORCE DEPARTMENT

I called the call centre before my divorce and was advised to e-mail my decree to the divorce department. I did that on the 29 Sept 2017 and i called again and was advised to send the original decree to Divorce department PO BOX 787240 Sandton 2146 then i did that now last week i get an e-mail that it was be posted to Benmore. You must be kidding me as my decree is somewhere only God knows. I cant even call the call centre as your lines are busy and the operator wants me to leave a message, you take a week to reply to an email. I was even advised that the divorce department does not take calls to a message must be left for them and someone will pass it on. We pay the pension fund every month and this is really sad as i wanted to take up your retirement and insurance funds but will not do that. I need feedback on my claim as i sent you everything you asked for. If something isnt right, you will take a week or 2 to advise me. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE
