No response to queries

Mailed in all the required documentation for a benefit payout in late May - still waiting. I have tried phoning on numerous occasions but unfortunately one has to have limitless airtime as the waiting time is ridiculous - I have had to put down the phone every time. No luck with emails either - I had a response to one email query - so far none to the others. Beginning to think this is some sort of ****.
