No response to many requests for contact regarding n urgent query
I requested to be contacted by Alexander Forbes regarding an urgent request about my retirement fund. MANY times!
I was unable to find a contact, but when I did, the automated message said that the entire call center is ON TRAINING!!!!!
It's a pity I am forced to use Alexander Forbes since it is mandated by my company. This is most likely why they dont need to render good customer service, since we have no choice but to have our funds with them.
