No response to emails regarding my Provident Fund

I have been trying to get a hold of a gentleman named Mzu Balintulo. I have been sending him emails for the past 2 weeks and following up with phone calls and messages, which he does not respond to. I need my Provident Fund paid out. He has not even bothered to respond to apply for the tax directives. He took over from a very competent lady Lezaan van der Merwe who would actually communicate via email and was very helpful. Since this lady left and my case is in Mzu Balintulo's hands there has been nothing but stress. I need that money paid out. I worked hard for it. I am not begging him therefore I do not see a reason why I must be treated like a beggar and my communications ignored. I need this matter resolved urgently. I need those directives paid out.
