No response or reply!!!
I put in a claim for a withdrawal of my funds at the end of November. Daily I write emails asking for an update on the claim. I get a response to the first email, requesting my id number and further particulars to which I reply immediately - and then all further correspondence goes completely ignored. I'm at my wit's end at who to make contact with at Alexander Forbes as it would seem the info email address is completely ignored. I need URGENT feedback.
