no response or help

Kids was placed into our care last year January and documents was submitted via email as well as post as there is a trust at Alexander Forbes and previously the mother received a monthly allowance and schoolfees, school clothes, medical expenses ect was paid but I never received a response from them and phoned numerious times already! Sad to say that they have a trust for the kids but Alexander Forbes does not care about the needs of the kids and neclect them big time! After all it is the money left for them by their dad when he passed away!
