No response on Will Application

A will application form was forwarded to me by Thembekile Skosana on the 22nd of November 2019 after I inquired on line (Alexandra Forbes website) about wills and how best I could be assisted in drafting one up.

18th of December I then scanned and forwarded my completed my Will application to the email address that was provided, no response automated or otherwise was received on my end. On the 13th of January 2020 I then sent a follow up email to check whether my application was successfully received, to no avail.

Here I am trying to get my house in order and Alexander Forbes is not coming to the party. All I need to know is whether my application was received and successful. What poor service from an institution that prides itself in outstanding customer service. Pity my pension policy is stuck with them.
