No Response on unpaid claim
The most terrible service ever. I keep on calling and every time someone will call me back Even the complaints department don't get back to you. you guys must find something else to do. You expect people to trust you with their hard earned money than you are like ghost. you can answer a phone after 15plus minutes but don't know how to call the clients back, I made over 10 calls to Alexander Forbes just to get my claim paid out with no luck. What are you guys doing with peoples money.
