No response on my withdrawal request for 8 weeks
I have submitted all my documents for a withdrawal on 9 June. To this date there is no response, communication or update coming from Alexander Forbes. I have e-mailed again and just received an automatic response. This is absolutely unacceptable and I have not received such poor / non-existent service from any other Financial Institution.
