No Response from Alexander Forbes Financial Servies

I have spent most of my months pension on my cellphone trying to get hold of a financial advisor to confirm how I see my monthly paycheck on my emails as they are not sent to me. I am a new "pensioner" and have queries I would like to have resolved but I have not received any responses to date. I have sent emails requesting a breakdown of the monies received and got back a one-liner which is my gross remuneration only. I have also spent a considerable amount of time on the phone trying to get to speak to someone but I cannot get past the automatic voice answering system and have held on for over 30 minutes per call.
