NO RESPONSE FOR 3 MONTHS NOW!!!!!

I'm so disappointed in the service i received from A Forbes thus far. I submitted my divorce claim on the 25th September to both e-mail addresses( ********** and ********** received confirmation from both e-mail addresses but to date no has contacted me or send me any type of correspondence since then. I've been following up weekely and were given their strict time frames and even logged a ref: CAS- ********** X2B4X5 on the 29/11/2018 but still no calls me back....each agent gives me a different story and to top it off this morning i was told that they haven't received my documents but all the previous agents never mentioned that....Please help this is money rightfully for my children and being a single parent is not easy and i count on every cent coming in.PLEASE CAN SOMEONE RESPOND - SAMANTHA ********** / **********
