No response and no fund

I have been following up weekly and not getting a response. My funds are being transferred from one employer to my current employer. First, my last contribution was missing, finally, a month later, it was allocated. Now my balance is showing zero with my new employer. I need confirmation of when my new fund will be established? I am already paying my second contribution with my new employer and don't even have a fund open! I was advised it takes between 6-8 weeks for the entire process, but we are in the 8th week post the movement and still my balance shows zero and my payout has not been received.
