No response and claim not paid out or processed

I am actually so tired of running after people for my own money also for them to do the job that they are paid for it is actually upsetting to thing that this is what happens when you claim your funds it's very upsetting and yes I will be rude and yes I will be assertive because I am the only one putting in the time and effort it is 8 weeks after sending my forms for a claim after fighting with ADT now I must fight with this company too just because something that is managenable and easy cannot be done nobody calls or emails me ADT sent email to Fikile Tdhabalala and to Preshen Naidoo to give me feedback on my claim and no response funny now cause I will get one right away now cause this is the extent to go to I called Alexander Forbes and spoke to a lovely lady who was so apologetic for someone else's *********** values please do listen to that call I have made it clear she told me on feedback in 3 to 5 days added to my 8 weeks of waiting and guess what by the 24th of October I expect my money paid out to me I refuse to wait any longer for what is rightfully mine and to top it off I have all the time to write on hello Peter everyday as stated on the phone call.
