No response

I complained a month ago. This was their response. "Dear andrew B

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your complaint and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I will investigate into your query and provide feedback with the contact details provided." After a month I have still heard nothing. They are con artists at the highest level. Avoid Alexander Forbes at all costs.
