No Responds on emails, Online forms......
No Responds on emails, Online forms......
About 4 weeks back i have emailed and submit online forms to Alexander Forbes for information on my product with them. No feed back. Emails get forwarded to the department but nothing else. Got a call on the 12 April 2019. The guy told me he will call me back before end of day.... But till now I didn't get any response on the call or emails. If you call them you get transferred and the call gets cut or just put down.
I cant understand that no one can come back to any question in 4 weeks??????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
