No payout!!!! I want my money!!!

I have put in a withdrawal claim with was finalized on 01 February 2021. I was advised by Nompumelelo Mbuyane that it will take 6-8 weeks. No communication, nothing. I have been doing follow ups, and she doesn’t respond to my emails. She has promised that she’ll push for me to get my payout by early next week, and that’s after I sent a not so friendly email asking her to give me her seniors contacts. Just last night she texted me on WhatsApp saying she sent me an email of something I have to sign. What the hell?! I’ve done all admin. All I want is my money. If I don’t get it by next week as promised, I’m taking further steps. And I have a feeling you’ll end up paying me more than what is due to me.
