No payout!!!

Hi all

I'm extremely disappointed in the service and delay I'm receiving, I constantly have to follow up ony payout and if all is in order.

A colleague of mine logged her claim after mine and her funds were already issued to her. I send my documents through on the 24 December 2021, part of my funds are showing on the app and the others disappeared.

I'm extremely upset with the service I am receiving. I constantly have to follow up!

Can I please have proper assistance and advise as to why it's taking so long.

I wish I didn't even have to give a rating as I wouldn't even give it one star!
