No Payout after several months
I submitted my withdrawal from the provident fund since I resigned at work and the turnaround time has lapsed. I have not received any feedback from Alexander Forbes. I call them almost every day but I am not getting a clear response as to why I have not received my money after so many months.I am not sure anymore if Aleaxander Forbes is a **** or what but I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR UNSATISFACTORY SERVICES.
