No payment received

Hellopeter.<br> <br> Its the second time writting to you abou my unhappiness regarding Alexander Forbes.<br> Last week I got my payment from them after I contacted you.<br> On Friday the 08/01, the sent me an sms saying that I shuld receive my payment with e working days. On Tuesday the 12/01 I called the checking the status of my claim, the lady I spoke to said I shuld receive my payment by Friday the 15/01. I called once again yesterday 14/01 the lady I spoke confirmed that will receive my payment on the 15/01.<br> <br> When I woke up this morning there were no funds in my account, I called them once again, the guy I spoke to said the payment was processed, but I wil only get the money in 3 working days. Which was not what they have been telling me all along. I need the money today, as I have plans for today, as I was promised.<br> <br> Please assist.<br> Thank you
