No payment after months
My father submitted his documents mid October for his retirement. To this day he gets stories when we call the call centre. If you do not call and follow up nothing gets done. The 14 day payment period he was given has passed only to be told they dont know if payment has been payed or not and that contacting the so called "administrator" takes 48 hours. Please do better with people's hard earned money. My father has been without an income for 2 months and suffering because of your below average service.
