No pay out after 45 days and counting

I will never in my life ever invest any money with this company. Please steer clear. It is now over 46 days since I submitted my pension pay out claim. I received an email that they received the needed sars tax directive and pay out will be between 5 and 10 days. That was on the 12th of July. Since then, not a word and no pay out. My financial advisors are also sent from pillar to post and no one at Alex Forbes are helpful at all. If this isn't fixed by the end of this week I will escalate this to the financial services ombudsman, the insurance ombudsman and if needs be the press. This isn't your money, this is my money
