No one cares at AlexForbes
I have been **** to regarding my claim after being made to follow up on the status continually. I keep requesting escalation but that is also pointless as no one gets back to you. It seems to be a trend with them not acting on time as I keep seeing cases like mine on Hellopeter. This is sad this poor performance has real-life implications at it seems they are not bothered. I have had better service from SARS with clear details.
