No luck Requesting my IRP5 from Alexander Forbes

I have been trying unsuccessfully to get my IRP5 out of Alexander Forbes. I desperately need to submit it to Sars. Can someone please assist me in retrieving it. Calling them doesn't help as I am still awaiting assistance and for them to email it to me.
