No joy in getting my claim paid!!!
i left company i worked for 3 months ago and up to now i have not received any funds from my claim i have spent money on airtime and no response. i have been sent from pillar to post i dont know what else i must do, very poor service and no response from emails either, i am disappointed worse in this difficult time . VERY SAD

02 Nov 2020, 09:19 My policy number is ***4 and my passport number is CN379785. i left a company i worked for a long time ago 3 months ago and up to now i have not received any funds from my claim i have spent money on airtime and no response. i have been sent from pillar to post i dont know what else i must do, very poor service and no response from emails either, i am disappointed worse in this difficult time . VERY SAD. I would like to know when it will be paid. I cannot for the life of me believe that you can hold for an 1hr15 min someone answers and asks for your id number and just places you on hold again without saying anything . this service is HORRIBLE . Iv now been holding for 1h 35min when I send emails I don't get responses on that either yet i receive emails about rating agents iv never even spoken to . can someone get back to me ASAP regarding my payout. My contact number is ***
